Friday, remember weekends are the toughest. Stick to the plan. A week has seven days, if you put your nutrition on hold for the weekend that is 3 days, half of your week, you have blown the work you have done. Stick to it and the weight will not stick to you!!!   1. It's so true about planning your meals ahead. Abby (my daughter) has started her competition cheering season which means overnights in hotels and concession food. Bringing my own breakfast and sneaking in an apple and cheese has worked out great. One BIG tradition from last year was stopping with a bunch of people to the Cracker Barrel off exit 39 on 495... Last weekend I looked on line and my traditional chicken and dumplings, 2 sides of mac and cheese, baby carrots,and 2 biscuits, with 2 sweat teas was 1658 calories... I switched that around last weekend and drank 32 oz of water before dinner... Had the grilled chicken tenderloin, baby carrots, 1 mac and cheese, 1 biscuit and 1 sweat tea and the calories were only 853. I was still within my caloric intake with my morning oatmeal, and the apple and cheese for my lunch snack. Planning is key! Good luck everyone! Enjoy the season!
