Congrats!!! In week 2 we have lost a total of 106lbs!!! Keep up the great work!!!

  1. Ok so here is my struggle that you wanted to hear about = ) I haven't been to the gym since Monday (I had a goal of going EVERY day this week), my kids and I have all had colds, I feel really tired and crappy and now I have eaten two small sugar cookies that we just made with the kids =( ugh.

  2. We are going to have a cookie or 2 once in a while... Just make sure to keep tracking the cals and exercise when you can. There are some GREAT 20 min and 10 min stuff on demand if you have cable... I've been doing those in the morning and it's worked out OK. For Chocoholics... I've found Blue Bunny NO Sugar Add Fudge Lites... only 45 cals 0 Fat and 1 Fiber. Great treat when I have a few calories left for the day! I hope everyone has a very merry and healthy Christmas! I'm praying for us!!! 10 lbs here we come!
